Hello!
My name is Ms. Baker and I am the school social worker. I am from Laurinburg, NC, the home of the Fighting Scots!! I am a graduate of UNCG and Capella University where I received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in the area of social work.
Most of my social work experience comes from my 13 years of work in child welfare as a child protective service social worker. I have been a school social worker since 2017 and I really enjoy it.
I like to shop, dance, and spend time with my friends; however, I have recently gotten into cooking and I am starting to enjoy that as well.
My main role is to serve as the link between the home, the school and the community. I look forward to working with you all and can't wait to meet you.
